The title would be .......The Other Side
It would be a mix of all things possible on another side.

I even found the picture that would be located on the front cover of the book.

Gosh, I wonder if it would be a "Best Seller".

I have actually had an idea for a book for a very long time and would actually like to do it if only for my family and close friends. So for now I'm keeping the details to myself. But I will tell you it is more for spiritual encouragement. The main scripture it's based on is Eph: 6:12 "Our battle is not against human forces but against the principalities and powers, the rulers of this world of darkness the evil spirits in regions above."(NAB)

I figure I've got about five years to get it done. In spite of the deeper topic it has a humorous catchy title that offers humor in difficult times. I've actually given a talk at a luncheon of about 75 plus, kind of a readers digest version of the book in my head. It was encouraging when it was will received.

Only if you promised "the other side of the photo" can be found on page such and such and have the book locked so the picture can't be seen until it is unlocked by the cashier. Now, that may be a best seller.

Sheeza, no time like the present to start. First is Chapter One and a spiral notebook. Go for it and they say to start writing one must do a little each day until they hit their groove.

Sheeza..let me tell you a story. I wrote stuff and always showed mom for her approval. She read them all. When she died and I went through her things, I found stuff SHE had written. She never said a word about writing. Never showed me anything. It floored me. Especially when I read them. She was GOOD! Great even. How sad that she never "wanted to bother me" and never told me she wrote. Nor shared them with me. I wish she had and I could have told her how wasted her talents were. She always belittled herself as being dull and un-artistic. The only things she showed me were her painting. And then she criticized them. I told her she WAS good. And art is subject to interpretation. Some create feelings. And hers made me happy.
So...write NOW. And share with your people. Dont wait and not nor do it in secret and leave those behind to wish.

I wrote a poem a long time ago and it was published by the talent contest for writing. The name of it was "The Best Will Never Be". Named it that because the world is always changing and what was good is not in the scrap heap because there is always something better to have.

I write poems. I have done it since I was a teenager. Don't always remember where I put them. Some got lost when I moved from one town to another.l don't know if they are any good. I just do it because I can't sleep unless I write down my thoughts.

I always admire creativity.
The poets could phrase a sentence,so that when they were done, you say no other way to put those words together.

If I were writing then today the subject would be "top ten ways to get rid of the neighbors dog". He is a five month old german shepherd and the damned thing has a tail that is as long as his body. They let him out to run free every morning and evening and he comes over here. If he ever grows to match his feet he's going to be one heck of a dog. Came in my sunroom the other day because I had the door open and whop, whop with the tail. Knocked everything over and off a table. Then yesterday he belly crawled beneath the garage door because I had it open just enough for my little dog to go beneath it. Darn thing crawled on his belly and wiggled until he got in the garage. WHOP, WHOP with his tail and beat the heck out of my car. Then almost ran over the thing as I was backing out of the garage.

So, #1 on the list would be to douse him with AVON cologne and let them deal with the smell and swear he knocked it off a shelf and walked through it.

Any suggestions for #2 on the list?

Yep, going to be forced to tell them to keep the dog in their yard. I didn't adopt him and certainly don't need him in my garage beating the side of my vehicle with his wet tail and slinging water all over the place.

Now if I were writing a book today the next chapter would be "how to get a cell phone cancelled with AT&T for someone who is deceased". Sent a copy of the death certificate along with a copy of last bill and requested service to be disconnected". The phone was cut off the first of September and yesterday another bill arrived for Oct. ??? Now I have to go to a store and see if there is a contract that the estate is responsible for. Two weeks into this thing and I'm already worn thin with it. Thinking when I find an attorney who is willing to represent the estate and trained in setting up a trust fund for an adult grandson, I may not feel so bad about what they charge.

Publishing is almost impossible to get into. Ever read John Grishm's story of his first book "A Time To Kill". Had to sell them out of the trunk of his car but then he took off and is now publishing one a year. Now if one of his kids came up with a novel even if he/she couldn't string two sentence that makes sense together would be published immediately. Most good talent is hidden in the bottom of a closet or file cabinet somewhere because they just can't break through the door.

Please, make sense in your book because this one is over my head. I don't know how to decipher gibberish. Should have paid more attention in the English and spelling area when in high school, then perhaps I'd grasp the subject.

OK. Got the message but read it as it should have been written. Cleaning up the message a bit with capitalization, punctuation, and sentences.

HAY SANKIE...good way to start when wanting to impress because "Hay" is food for horses and cattle, and is dried grass.

Message should have read:

Hey Sankie,

You'll never understand this story in a million years. Honey, I'm too deep for you. Live with it. You don't know me and you never will, old bitter woman.

Sankie1: trap him in your garage. Call animal control. He will do time-out and his owner will be fined. They will not release him until he is neutered. Total cost to owner if in CA: $1,000 plus other fees for license and shots.
(Make sure your car isn't in garage. Have food & water available before you nab ole puppy dog). He deserves responsible parents.

Animal control is good for nothing in this county. I called them a couple years ago about two beagles that were chained in the backyard of this same house but when another couple lived there. Huge log chains around the poor things necks, wet floor in the dog house and no bedding for them, just the wet plywood floor. This couple worked about an hours drive from home and when winter hit they sometimes spent the night with coworkers rather than drive an icy interstate. Cold weather and poor dogs water frozen solid, no food, etc. I stopped worrying about them, went to the farm supply and bought a bale of straw for their bed and then a bag of dog food. Snow on the ground and no tracks across the yard to the dog houses, chains wound around a tree to where the poor dog couldn't even reach the dog house. I caught the owner at home and suggested they give me a call on the bad nights when they couldn't get home so I could feed and water them. Guy just laughed saying they would be alright, they were used to being outside. SO....watched and became more upset about it. Called the animal control and reported. They came out and sure enough snow on the ground for three days and no tracks from their house to the dogs. The only tracks were mine coming across my backyard to help care for the dogs. The animal control officer said they had to make three trips to insure the animals were being neglected so I should not feed or water them because as long as they were not thirsty or hungry, they couldn't prove anything. If they returned for a follow up visit I didn't know it and nothing was done about the dogs. Was so glad when the couple moved and the house sold to the present owners even if they do have a free range German Shepherd. He is just a big pup at 5 months old and needs teaching about a few things. My broom seems to have discouraged his inviting himself over so perhaps the problem is solved.

The subject today would be "OUCH", the worrisome aches and pains of the tired body. Worked myself beyond recovery with one nights sleep. Yesterday washed the vinyl porch ceiling. Climbing up and down the ladder, reaching over my head, and ended with dumping the pan of water all over the place, and it did not choose to fall off the back of the ladder. NO, had to fall forward all over me.
